  • Started in 2017, Infinity Planet is Moshi's mini township project with over 500 apartments. The Phase of the project got completed in December 2023 and now the development of Phase 2 has been started.

  • Infinity Tower

    Infinity Tower was the 3rd project within the 4th year of the existence of Tulip Group. The project also marked its significance as Tulip Group's first project on main Punawale road next to the Ravet's Iconic hanging bridge. 

    Infinity Tower's brilliant architecture today stands tall after the project was completed in 2018 and paved the way for Tulip Group to come up with more landmark projects in the vicinity.

  • Tulip Purple

    Launching our 2nd project within first 2 years of operations was a testament of quality and delivery that we provide and a trust from landowners. 

    Tulip Purple was a small project of 96 apartments and 6 commercial shops in Punawale when in 2013 Punawale was not a preferred choice of homeowners. The elegant design and affordability of the project caught eyes of genuine buyers and the project was sold and delivered in less 28 months 

  • Tulip Purple

    After spending 10 years in the contracting world, designing and building homes for HNIs to large projects the vision of providing great homes under our own brand is what started Tulip Group. 

    After a long search of 13 months for an ideal piece of land Mr. Sanjay Varma launched Tulip Group and its first project Tulip Exotica. A petit project of just 6 floors and 118 homes it was a start of a new phase in Pune's residential market. 

  • The Beginning

    Starting a humble beginning from masonry work without having access to unlimited resources Mr. Sanjay Varma pivoted in the contracting world in 2002. As a contractor he gained experience of building homes across various parts of India - from Kolhapur to Kashmir he did contracting work for 10 years and completed over 100 small to big projects. 

    From HNIs to famous politicians, from building homes to infrastructure projects he gained thorough knowledge of the industry over the years with a vision to be a successful entrepreneur in real estate one day.
